REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Crowned Truth, many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because these items are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or buyer's remorse.

Please review product descriptions, size guides, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to love your Crowned Truth order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at shop@crownedtruth.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem. We will review your request and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. In many cases, a physical return may not be necessary.

SIZE & COLOR SELECTION

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the incorrect size, style, or color was selected at checkout.

Sizing can vary between products and garment styles, so please review the size guide provided on the individual product page before ordering. Product colors may also vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, and differences in production.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may move into production shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us at shop@crownedtruth.com as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows an issue with your shipment or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at shop@crownedtruth.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated, made-to-order sale items are subject to the same return and refund terms described above.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued vary by bank or credit card provider.
